Introduction to INTRECCI:

The aim of Intrecci’s project is to educate new professionals able to revolutionise the world of food and wine service, bringing to life a front of the house where class, warmth and character represent fundamental pillars.


Intrecci is an idea born from Dominga, Enrica and Marta Cotarella, from their strong family know how in the enology field and their experience in Falesco winery. The enthusiasm and the passion that so far has characterised several Cotarella generations, now has a new objective: to bring to the job market, highly educated professionals trained at their new school.
