How we wrote the TCF Story

When we set our sights for our vision of a culinary institute, we knew precisely how our achievement needs to be relished. We generously poured our hopes, expectations, desires into our perception and didn’t hold back in giving it our all and ensuring its materialisation. When we dream of an institute like this, we dream of watching our graduates become not just masters of gastronomy or service, but wholesome assets to the society.

I have always had an unexplainable love for Italian food and culture. After doing my B.A. hons in Culinary Arts, and working under an Italian chef, I knew I had to go to Italy to learn much more from the locals. TCF gave me this brilliant opportunity to study at the best Italian institute for culinary arts, ALMA. And that's not all, I got 9 whole months, working in a 3 Michelin and 2 Michelin restaurant, in the small villages of Italy and learning much more than I had thought possible.
