We at the professional Institute “Campus Etoile Academy” take pride in our 3 decades of knowledge and experience in culinary training. Our Academy was founded in 1982 as a center of training and improvement for Chefs. In 2005 we obtained the status of "Institute of Superior Education"


As we relocated to an extraordinary new location such as the one we are now in Tuscania we once again revolutionized the old traditions, becoming the first Italian Culinary Campus.


Pioneers in this field we perfected thousands of professional Chefs and Patissiers and molding new Teachers.


All of this with the constant will to achieve and surpass new goals.

Structure :

  • 1 month at AIMSENRICH, Bangalore, India +
  • 3 months at Campus Etoile Academy, Tuscania, Italy +
  • 5 months Industrial Internship in Italy.

  • Culinary History & Geography of Italy

SEMESTER AT CEA (3 Months)
  • Advanced knife skills

  • Rice and Similar Starches, Eggs
  • Traditional first courses

  • Technological and Mediterranean Cuisines

  • Fundamentals of Patisserie

INTERNSHIP IN ITALY (5 Months)
Industrial experience in Italy for 5 months

Successful completion of a bachelor degree in Hotel Management or equivalent with relevant practical experience in the industry

Admission is through selection process only, which consists of:
